The 2883 square feet home offers a reverse floor plan as well as an elevator (additional deposit required for usage) to take full advantage of the gulf and bay views. The living area brings the fabulous views indoors and the open floor plan is ideal for groups and families vacationing together. The forth bedroom is located on the upper level and there is a full hall bath with a double vanity and walk in shower.
